Check before you choose

Verify a TCG member

Use the member number shown on a cleaner’s trust mark to check their current status directly with TCG.

Live status check

Enter the member number printed on the business trust mark. The live result—not copied artwork—is the authoritative status.

Why the live record matters

Trust marks can be photographed, copied or retained after a status changes. The live TCG record shows the status held at the moment you check.
