Review Policy
TCG uses a publish–notify–respond-or-flag–moderate-by-exception model. A genuine first-hand review normally appears immediately. The reviewed business is notified and may publish one professional response or report a specific policy concern. A low rating, criticism or disagreement is not by itself grounds for removal.
Reviews must concern the correct business and a genuine customer experience. Prohibited content includes fabricated or incentivised reviews, impersonation, spam, threats, discriminatory abuse, unlawful/private personal data, content unrelated to the service, and allegations presented in a way that creates a serious legal or safety concern requiring private assessment. TCG may hold, restore, leave published or remove a review after a reasoned exception decision. Removal is not business deletion and does not decide a private complaint.
Businesses must not pressure customers, reveal private information in responses or falsely claim vindication. Reviewers may separately raise a private complaint. TCG may retain an audit record and privacy-protecting email hash to detect abuse. `[LEGAL REVIEW: defamation, platform liability, reviewer verification, response editing and retention.]`
