Refund Policy

Refunds are assessed separately for membership, Website Services and Website Care. Founding membership fees are £0 and are never retrospectively billed. An erroneous or duplicate payment will be investigated and corrected where appropriate.

For the £497.50 Website Services deposit, the draft principle is that it secures capacity and commencement of controlled project work. Cancellation before substantive work begins may justify a refund less lawful, evidenced costs; after work begins, TCG may retain a proportion reflecting work performed and committed costs. The deposit is not declared automatically non-refundable in every circumstance.

The £497.50 final balance becomes due after approval and before launch. A dispute pauses normal launch while investigated; TCG will not destroy a website or seize a customer-owned domain. Website Care refunds depend on the paid period, service delivered and reason for cancellation. If TCG cannot deliver, an appropriate refund or remedy should be offered.
