Membership Cancellation Policy

Ordinary monthly or annual membership cancellation applies prospectively. Founding Phase membership has no retrospective fee or hidden balance. When Paid Phase begins, members receive the applicable advance notice before their first charge. Cancellation does not erase valid historic records, complaints, payment records or audit data.

Ending membership may remove directory eligibility and authority to represent current TCG status. Verification and Accreditation cease or change under authoritative rules; Website Care does not preserve membership status. Website Services customers accept a separate initial 12-month paid membership commitment beginning after Founding Phase or the Member 500 free year as applicable.
