For customers
A clearer way to find a cleaner you can check
TCG combines a searchable directory, live status records and moderated customer feedback. It helps you make a more informed choice; it does not replace your own checks or guarantee a service outcome.
Search current cleaners
Choose an area and service. Only profiles with a current eligible TCG status appear in public results.

Compare services, coverage, approved TCG reviews and the business’s live trust status.
Verify independently
Check the member number against TCG’s live record, especially when you have arrived from a trust mark or QR code.
Enquire directly
Send an enquiry to the cleaner. Scope, availability, pricing and any service agreement remain between you and the business.
What TCG does—and does not—mean
TCG operates membership, verification, review and compliance processes. Current status is evidence that defined requirements have been met at that time. It is not an endorsement of every future job and cannot remove all consumer risk.
