Website Terms of Use

These terms govern ordinary use of the TCG website. TCG provides membership, verification, directory, review, enquiry, complaint and Website Services information. Directory and verification information is a point-in-time representation of TCG’s authoritative records, not a guarantee of workmanship, safety, solvency or suitability. Customers must make their own contracting decisions.

Users must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape private data, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, interfere with security or misrepresent a TCG status. Public content may be viewed for personal or legitimate business use; TCG names, designs, software and Trust Marks may not be copied except under an applicable licence.

Links and member-supplied information may lead to independent businesses. TCG is not automatically a party to cleaning contracts formed with members. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance or security. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
